            At Zen Tierras Altas Hermosa Vista Farm and Mountain Resort every concerned parties is part of a team that has the mission to create and conserve the fascinating and natural beauty of the place. Owners, Employees, and tourist alike should be responsible in creating an environment of camaraderie, dependability and concern with each other while enjoying intense connection with nature.

 

VISION

            The vision of Zen Tierras Altas Hermosa Vista Farm and Mountain Resort is to develop a sustainable place of Eco Agri-tourism while protecting the environment and creating a place where wild life and modern living can live in harmony. To maintain a good and clean ecological and bio ecosystem where fresh air, clean water, robust mountains beautiful scenery, a place everyone can have a perfect escape from the pressure and stress of everyday life. A place to meditate in calmness while discovering and hearing the whole human being where everyone can enjoy Jehovah God’s gift of nature and beautiful creations.

Booking, Cancellations, Rebooking & No-Show Policy

Rebooking and no-shows have effects on our business, therefore here’s our deposit, cancellation and rebooking policy:

  1. We require a deposit equal to 50% of the reserved stay that will be settled upon booking, the deposit is non-refundable.

  2. You can make a deposit/bank transfer or G-cash payment equivalent to 50% of the reserved stay and send us a copy of the deposit voucher or transfer receipt.

  3. Full payment is required before the date of arrival.

  4. No-show – full payment is forfeited.

  5. Booking via our website (zentierrasfarm.com) requires full payment via Paypal or Credit card.

  6. Rebooking made 15-days prior to arrival will be free of charge.

  7. Rebooking made 14-days or less prior arrival will incur admin fee of 25% of reserved stay.

  8. Rebooking is no longer possible 4-days prior the date of arrival.

  9. Rebooking and extension requests are subject to room availability

  10. Rebooking dates should be within 3 months of original booking date, and shall be based on the higher rate, whether it falls on a peak season or lean season.

 

COVID-19 Risk Free Rebooking

 

In the case that the government regulations related to COVID-19 or weather restrict tourism activity, we will rebook your reservation subject to availability

Guidelines

 

  • Children under 6 years of age stay free with parents (if no extra bed is required)

  • Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

  • Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.

  • Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

  • Follow directions of tour guide/attendants at all times.

  • Bringing in of food and drinks is strictly prohibited (Corkage fee shall be imposed)

  • Senior Citizens/PWD should present a clear copy of their Senior/PWD ID upon booking to avail their senior discount. The discount is applicable on the part of the senior/PWD only.

  • Restaurant is open from 6:00AM to 10:00PM only (last order is until 8:00PM)

  • Drinking alcoholic beverages is allowed only at the designated area (Ficus Shade/Picnic Ground) but only up until 10PM.  

  • Due to the fact that the resort has adjacent rooms it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings. You, our guests chose our place to experience calm, tranquil and restful vacation. That’s why we expect you to be respectful and considerate with our other guests as well.

  • Please don’t hang your clothes and towel on the balcony (Hang them on the designated areas)

  • Please keep our surroundings clean. We have a left garbage fee of P200.00 - waived when you bring all your litters with you.

 

We  Are  A  Pet  Friendly  Resort:

 

  • There is a 2 pet per room limit, we welcome small breeds.

  • There is an additional charge of P200.00 per additional pet per day

  • Pets cannot be left unattended in guestrooms.

  • Pets must be leashed while on the resort property

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning after their pets

  • Additional fees may apply if the damage is found in the room upon check out

  • Service pets may accompany guests with disabilities

  • Please understand that should your pet disturb other guests; the resort will have no other choice but to refuse further accommodation for your pet

  1. Pack Comfortable, adequate size, line with a strong plastic bag to keep contents dry

  2. Sturdy slippers/sandals, hiking shoes

  3. Water tumbler, Bladder

  4. Insect repellant

  5. Sunscreen

  6. Torch/flashlight
